APPOINTMENTS 

Book an appointment online to find the time that works best for you. Alternatively feel free to email us at hello@incostudio.com and our front-of-house team will be happy to assist with your booking request.

We require full payment for all appointments booked online during our peak season (Nov-Feb) 

CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE &

CANCELLATION POLICY

A confirmation text will be sent to you 72 hours before your appointment, please reply YES to confirm your appointment, or call us immediately to reschedule. We will attempt to contact you again, 48 hours before your scheduled time. If we cannot reach you, we will regrettably be forced to cancel your appointment.

If you fail to show for your appointment, or cancel/reschedule within 24hours, regrettably we will invoice you for your appointment if we are unable to fill the allocated time. Your booking fee will be retained.
